年末です。
VMの大掃除です。

最近さぼっててパッチを適用してなかったので、
やろうかと。

で、やってたらエラーorz

# esxcli software profile update -d /vmfs/volumes/datastore1/patch/ESXi550-201410001.zip --profile=ESXi-5.5.0-20141004001-standard
 [DependencyError]
 VIB nload_bootbank_nload_0.1 violates extensibility rule checks: [u'(line 22: col 0) Element vib failed to validate content']
 Please refer to the log file for more details.

どうやら、「nload」っていうVIBが悪さをしているみたい。

あーそんなVIB作ったなと思い出しながら

# esxcli software acceptance get
CommunitySupported

やっぱりなんかしてる自分。

やっぱり

# esxcli software vib list|grep CommunitySupported
nload                          0.1                                    nload            CommunitySupported  2014-10-01

いた。。。

一旦削除

# esxcli software vib remove -n nload
Removal Result
   Message: Operation finished successfully.
   Reboot Required: false
   VIBs Installed:
   VIBs Removed: nload_bootbank_nload_0.1
   VIBs Skipped:

これでOK。

もう一度！！

# esxcli software profile update -d /vmfs/volumes/datastore1/patch/ESXi550-201410001.zip --profile=ESXi-5.5.0-20141004001-standard
